Once upon a time in Ambelas
there lived a grandmother “yiayia” Zambetta and
a grandfather “papoo” Vasilis.
In those days the homes were f illed with the warm aromas of whitewash and basil and all the windows and doors were open to welcome in the guest.
Yiayia loved to cook but even more she loved watching the contentment and satisfaction that her hospitality brought to others.
How can we forget all that?
So we in turn prepare with respect, the tastes and the specialities
old and new, in the hope of bringing back those childhood memories of watching our guests’ total satisfaction and contentment.
